Once you have placed your order you will not receive an order confirmation or invoice for payment until your order is ready for dispatch - please note there may be changes made on the invoice that are final.

Minimum order value is $300 ex GST and Freight Free minimum $3,000 ex GST (excludes WA, SA & International orders)

Please note we are currently experiencing a 5 business day delay in dispatch. Our small team is working as hard as possible to have your order dispatched, we are so grateful for your patience.

Additionally we do not dispatch on Fridays and are monitoring the heat in each state.

  •   Pricing listed is in Australian dollars exclusive of GST (this will be calculated at checkout).

 

  •  Products must be ordered in increments of carton/container quantity. This excluded twin packs, Lover's Box, Chilli Choc Hearts and Nutty Ones.

 

  •  Minimum order value of $300 per order.

 

Helpful Hints

 

Shipping

All orders will be sent out as soon as possible after processing, we have a 48 hours dispatch turn around time. We use overnight shipping to metro areas within Australia.

 

Shelf-life

Our Lovers box has a shelf life of 2 months, this is due to the packaging and the mixed flavours.

  • Singles and twins have a shelf life of 8 months
  • Mylk and Dark Drops have a shelf life of 12 months
  • Higher Being has a shelf life of 12 months
  • Our unpackaged range may spoil quicker depending on storage conditions.

We will not be liable if chocolates are not stored correctly.

 

Shipping In Hot weather

 

Storage

When storing our chocolates, please do not move the chocolate from a cold to hot environment, this will cause condensation to form.

 

Cooler boxes

Due to the high cost, we do not use refrigerated shipping. However we do offer “cooler boxes” with reusable ice packs for shipping to locations where extended exposure to high ambient temperatures is likely to result in melting.

 

Timing

We always assess local weather conditions and may hold back an order for a couple of days to avoid the risk of melting (e.g. products sitting in a courier depot over the weekend).

 

Care instructions

If your package is warm to the touch when it arrives, you can place your chocolate in the fridge for 1-2 hours to help it set.

 

FAQ's

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Once payment is successfully submitted, the order will be finalised, and no further changes can be made. Before completing your payment, please check carefully that the order summary shows the correct items, order quantities, postal address and contact details.

 

Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?

We currently do not have a back-ordering system in place. Our website is a good reference for updates on when products are expected to be available; alternatively you can contact our Customer Services team and we will be happy to provide further details.

 

Refunds

Due to Loco Love being a perishable food item, we do NOT offer any refunds.
