📣 2025 Update 📣

❤️ Valentines Day. We can’t wait to share with you our Valentines Day offering! We have a delicious new recipe on your favourite Loco Love chocolates for you. The wholesale portal opens for orders on Thursday 16th January at 8am.

📣 Dispatch. We are back on track to meet our 48 hour turnaround time! Reminder that we dispatch wholesale orders Monday - Thursday and not on Fridays.

That means, if you order on the wholesale portal on Tuesday before 10am, we’ll dispatch your order on Thursday. But do note, that if you order on Thursday we will dispatch on Monday or Tuesday (as we do not dispatch on Friday’s).

  📣 Customer service. Our customer service team is officially back in the office today. You should receive a reply to your enquiries within 24hours. 

 📣 Dispatch & Shipping. Once you have placed your order you will not receive an order confirmation or invoice for payment until your order is ready for dispatch! We aim to dispatch within 2 business days from receipt of your order (excluding Friday). Minimum order value is $300 ex GST and Freight Free minimum $3,000 ex GST (excludes WA, SA & International orders)
